According to the Illinois Census of 2000, the Village of Naperville had 128,358 in population!
The Naperville Park District has many programs for the whole family to enjoy!
The Historic District has more than 150 local historical homes, which feature different examples of dated architecture from around 1830-1920. We also have homes with the well-known Frank Lloyd Wright styles.
The DuPage River flows through beautiful downtown Naperville where the Riverwalk provides brick paths that winds along side the river. Downtown is featured with beautiful fountains, covered bridges and an outdoor amphitheater. Have a family gathering at one of the covered picnic pavilions while the children enjoy the parks swings. Take a ride on one of the paddleboats or a stroll along the river.
School Districts: One of the most highly sought after school districts is the Naperville School District #203. Illinois school facts are compiled by the Illinois State Board of Education. The Illinois State Board of Education also offers School Report Cards web page that allows you to type in the names of the cities that you may be interested in moving to and view how the schools are rated.
Additional Naperville Information: Some great resources for Naperville would include the Naperville Junior Chamber of Commerce – The Jaycees. They play an active role in helping the Naperville Community.
